Dee has a Masters in Counseling and 20+ years in the career development field. Her experience includes career, business and personal coaching, labor market research, recruiting for the staffing industry, and outplacement. An advocate of creative self employment, she launched her own business in 2003 and teaches Small Business Start-up at the UW-Madison. She believes her calling is to assist others to find theirs.
